1. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or academic-year basis, depending on your selected plan.

  • All payments must be made through the approved payment methods listed on our website.


2. Free Trials (if applicable)

  • If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

  • To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial ends.


3. Cancellation by User

  • Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.


4. Refunds

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues: If you are unable to access the Services due to a verified technical error on our side.

  • Special cases: At our sole discretion, we may issue partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances.

Refunds are not provided for:

5. Termination by SmartEdJO

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms of Use or misuse the platform.

  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued.


6. Schools & Institutional Accounts

  • Custom agreements with schools or institutions may have different cancellation and refund terms.

  • These terms will be defined in the signed partnership contract.


7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@smartedjo.com with:

  • Your full name and account email.

  • Proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt).

  • Reason for the refund request.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
